IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 59,180 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,75,98,979 to 8,76,58,159 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
