Board of Tube Investments of India approves preferential allotment of shares aggregating Rs 350 cr
At meeting held on 26 November 2020
The Board of Tube Investments of India at its meeting held on 26 November 2020 has approved preferential allotment of equity shares aggregating Rs 350 crore to Azim Premji Trust (27.33 lakh equity shares at issue price of Rs 731.70 aggregating Rs 199.99 crore), SBI Focused Equity Fund (15.03 lakh equity shares at issue price of Rs 731.70 aggregating Rs 109.99 crore), and SBI Magnum Midcap Fund (5.46 lakh equity shares at issue price of Rs 731.70 aggregating Rs 39.99 crore).
