IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 1,95,055 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of
stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,74,03,924 to 8,75,98,979 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
