Board of Vishal Fabrics approves bonus issue of shares
At meeting held on 22 October 2020
The Board of Vishal Fabrics at its meeting held on 22 October 2020 has approved increase in authorised share capital to 5 crore equity shares of Rs 5 each. The Board also approved bonus issue of shares in ratio of 1:2.
