Ugro Capital to allot NCDs aggregating Rs 20 cr
On private placement basis
The Investment & Borrowing Committee of Ugro Capital has approved allotment of 200 Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Non Convertibles Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 20 crore on a Private Placement basis.
