J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals completes acquisition of pharma biz of Lekar Pharma
Effective 28 August 2020
J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has completed the acquisition of pharmaceutical business undertaking of Lekar Pharma for a lump sum consideration of Rs 8.50 crore effective 28 August 2020. As a result, all business arrangement with Lekar Pharma, a related party, now stands terminated.
