Phoenix Mills has allotted 1,81,81,818 Equity Shares of face
value of Rs 2 each to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of t 605 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 603 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs 1099,99,99,890 pursuant to the Issue.
The Issue opened on 18 August 2020 and closed on 21 August 2020 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated 18 August 2020 and 21 August 2020.
Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 34,32,96,016 consisting of 17,16,48,008 Equity Shares.
