Yes Bank has acquired the following shares by way of invocation of pledge:
12,63,50,146 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 per share, constituting 8.74% of the post-issue paid-up share capital, of an unlisted company, namely, Jhabua Power.
10,08,598 equity shares having face value of Rs. 100 per share, constituting 30% of the post-issue paid-up share capital, of an unlisted company, namely, Avantha Realty.
