Board of Garden Reach Shipbuilders& Engineers recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1.40 per share
Garden Reach Shipbuilders& Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 June 2020, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.40 per share (i.e.14%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
