Board of Seshasayee Paper & Boards recommends Special Dividend
Of Rs.0.50 per share
Seshasayee Paper & Boards announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2020, has recommended a Special dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
