Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation approves raising Rs 1000 cr in FY 21
At meeting held on 20 May 2020
The Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation at its meeting held on 20 May 2020 has approved to raise funds through domestic bonds upto Rs 1000 crore during FY 2021 through private placement towards balancing the short term /longterm mix. The proposed Bond issue would be within the overall borrowing limit of Rs 10000 crore as approved by the shareholders under section 180(1) (c) on 21 August 2019.
