Board of Astec Lifesciences recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1.50 per share
Astec Lifesciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 May 2020, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
