Board of Indrapratha Gas does not declare interim dividend
At meeting held on 16 March 2020
The Board of Indrapratha Gas at its meeting held on 16 March 2020 has decided to not declare interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20.
Accordingly, the record date of 24 March 2020, for payment of interim dividend stands cancelled.
