Board of Elgi Equipments recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 1.65 per share
Elgi Equipments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 March 2020, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1.65 per equity Share (i.e. 165%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
