Metropolis Healthcare has allotted 4,51,886 Equity Shares of
Rs. 2/- each fully paid up to the grantees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to Metropolis Employees Stock Option Scheme-2015 ("MESOS 2015"). The said shares shall rank- pari passu in all respects with the existing Equity shares.
Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 10,03,57,360 consisting of 5,01,78,680 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,12,61,132 consisting of 5,06,30,566 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
