Board of ISGEC Heavy Engineering recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
ISGEC Heavy Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2020, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
