EIH today said it is considering the feasibility of restructuring of operations involving transfer of two of its hotels viz. The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla and The Trident Hilton Bhubaneswar to EIH Associated Hotels. The company's board will meet on 23 January 2006 to consider the proposal.

In a separate announcement, EIH Associated Hotels said it is considering the merger of Indus Hotels Corporation with the company and acquisition of the two of EIH's hotels.
