Board of South Indian Bank approves private placement of bonds aggregating Rs 500 cr
At meeting held on 24 January 2020
The Board of South Indian Bank has approved the allotment of 50,000 nos. of rated, unsecured, perpetual, non-convertible, Basel III compliant Tier I subordinated bonds in the nature of debentures bearing a face value of Rs 1 lakh only each aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis.
