Board of GHCL approves buyback of shares up to Rs 60 cr
At meeting held on 23 January 2020
The Board of GHCL at its meeting held on 23 January 2020 has approved buyback of equity shares of the company at a maximum price of Rs 250 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs 60 crore. The maximum number of equity shares to be bought back would be 32 lakh equity shares representing 3.26% of the existing paid up equity share capital of the company.
