Board of Dishman Carbogen Amcis approves buyback of shares upto Rs 72 cr
At meeting held on 16 January 2020
The Board of Dishman Carbogen Amcis at its meeting held on 16 January 2020 has approved the buyback of fully paid up equity shares by the company having face value of Rs. 2/- each for an amount not exceeding Rs 72 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 150 per share.
