Board of Metropolis Healthcare approves acquisition of 51% stake in Shraddha Diagnostic Centre
At meeting held on 15 January 2020
The Board of Metropolis Healthcare at its meeting held on 15 January 2020 has approved the acquisition of Shraddha Diagnostics Centre and accordingly executed share purchase agreement. The company will acquire 51% stake in Shraddha Diagnostics Centre for Rs 9.36 crore.
