Capital India Finance to allot NCDs aggregating Rs 40 cr
On private placement basis
The Securities Issuance Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital India Finance has through resolution passed by circulation on Monday 13 January 2020, approved the allotment of 40 Unlisted Unrated Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.1,00,00,000 each on private placement basis for an aggregate amount of Rs. 40 crore.
