Board of Aster DM Healthcare approves buyback of shares up to Rs 120 cr
At meeting held on 09 January 2020
The Board of Aster DM Healthcare at its meeting held on 09 January 2020 a proposal to Buy-back up to 57,14,285 equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 120 crore, being 1.13% of the total paid-up equity share capital, at Rs 210 per share.
