Essel Propack announces voluntary dissolution of UK subsidiary - Arista Tubes
Essel Propack announced that Arista Tubes, a wholly owned step down subsidiary registered in UK (Subsidiary), has been dissolved voluntarily or its name struck-off from Registrar of Companies, Companies House, UK consequent to the striking-off application filed by the said UK subsidiary.

Dissolution of the Subsidiary was as a part of internal reorganization and it will not affect to the performance or revenue of the Company.
