GIC Housing Finance gets revision in credit ratings from ICRA

GIC Housing Finance announced that ICRA has revised the credit ratings of the company as follows -

1) Line of Credit of Rs. 12,500 crore - [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) to [ICRA]AA+ (Negative)

2) Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 550 crore - [ICRA]AA+ (stable) to [ICRA]AA+ (Negative)
