Wanbury acquires 51% stake in Doctors Organic
In an all cash deal, at an enterprise value of approximately Rs 37 cr

Wanbury has announced that it has acquired 51% stake in Doctors Organic Chemicals (DOCL) in an all cash deal at an enterprise value of approximately Rs 37 crore.

DOCL has a large USFDA approved facility, and is engaged in selling active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in the US and Europe, Wanbury added.
