Board of Bhakti Gems & Jewellery approves bonus issue and increase in authorised share capital
At meeting held on 26 August 2019
The Board of Bhakti Gems & Jewellery has approved bonus issue in ratio of 15:100. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital to Rs 10.04 crore dividend into 1,00,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by creating additional 30,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
