The Board of Eimco Elecon (India) at its meeting held on 25 July 2019 transacted the following -
M. G. Rao, Whole-time Director will cease to be a director & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 7 September, 2019.
Mukulnarayan Dwivedi has been appointed as an Additional Director of the
Company w.e.f. 10 September, 2019.
Mukulnarayan Dwivedi has been appointed as an Executive Director of the
Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 10 September, 2019, subject to approval of
the Members of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Mukulnarayan Dwivedi will be designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the
Company with effect from 10 September, 2019.
