Board of Seshasayee Paper & Boards recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.20 per share
Seshasayee Paper & Boards announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2019, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.20 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
