The Board has also recommended the issue of Bonus Shares by capitalization of Capital Redemption Reserves in the ratio of 4:10 i.e. 4 (four) bonus equity share of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up for every 10 (ten) existing share of Rs. 10/- each held by the members, subject to the shareholders' approval through Postal Ballot.
