Board of Hitech Corp. recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.0.9 per share
Hitech Corp. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2019, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.9 per share (i.e.9%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
