Board of VIP Industries recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
VIP Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 May 2019, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
