Wanbury’s board of directors, on 12 September 2005, has passed the resolution for the merger of The Pharmaceuticals Products of India with the company, subject to the requisite approvals of the Bombay High Court, the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) and / or Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR).
