IIFL Holdings has allotted 1,16,645 equity shares to the employees of the Company/ Subsidiaries upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 31,90,86,448 to 31,92,03,092 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
