Forbes & Company settles dispute with Videocon Realty and Infrastructure
Forbes & Company announced that its dispute with Videocon Realty and Infrastructure (VRIL) in respect of Project Vicinia has been resolved through Arbitration Mechanism. The Company is required to pay an amount of Rs. 153 crore to VRIL and VRIL would have no rights or interests in the Project Vicinia.
