Board of Rico Auto Industries recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 0.04 per share
Rico Auto Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2019, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.04 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
