Board of KIOCL to consider buyback of shares
At meeting held on 18 September 2018
KIOCL announced that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled on 18 September 2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Buy-Back of the fully Paid-up-Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each, including matters related / incidental thereto and any other matter as the Board of the Directors may decide during the course of the Meeting.
