Board of Vivimed Labs approves preferential issue of warrants
At meeting held on 23 August 2018
The Board of Vivimed Labs has approved preferential issue of up to 1.25 crore convertible warrants to Promoters / Non Promoters at an issue price of approximately not less than Rs 68.
