Board of Gufic BioSciences decides to withdraw scheme of amalgamation
At meeting held on 20 June 2018
Gufic BioSciences announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 20 June 2018 reviewed the status of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Gufic Lifesciences with Gufic Biosciences and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme'), which was approved by the Board at its Meeting held on 09 November 2017 and resolved for withdrawal of the above referred scheme.
