Board of Cochin Shipyard recommends final dividend
Of Rs 12 per share
Cochin Shipyard announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2018, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12 per equity Share (i.e. 120%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
