Board of Newgen Software Technologies approves dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
Newgen Software Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2018, has recommended a dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.20%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
