Board of Hitech Corporation recommends dividend
Of Rs.0.90 per share
Hitech Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2018, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend of Rs.0.90 per share (i.e.9%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
