Board of Astec Lifesciences recommends dividend
Of Rs.1.5 per share
Astec Lifesciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2018, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
