Shoppers Stop has allotted 29,239 equity shares of Rs.5/- each, at an exercise price of Rs. 362/- per share on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees under ESOP 2008 Scheme on 27 April 2018.
Post allotment of these shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 43,99,49,640 divided into 8,79,89,928 shares of Rs. 5/- each.
