Fortis Healthcare consider investment proposal from Munjals and Burman
To invest Rs 1250 crore directly into Fortis Healthcare
Fortis Healthcare has received an unsolicited binding offer from Hero Enterprise Investment Office ('Hero' or 'Munjals') and Burman Family Office ('Burmans') with a proposal to invest Rs 1,250 crore into the Company through Preferential Allotment Route (i.e. Rs. 500 crore binding offer immediately and Rs. 750 crore post diligence to be completed within three weeks), subject to certain conditions as mentioned in the offer letter. The said proposal is under evaluation by the Company
