Bhandari Hosiery Exports to hold board meeting
On 17 April 2018
Bhandari Hosiery Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 April 2018, to consider the resignation of the Company Secretary Sh. Gurinder Singh Makker submitted on 31.03.2018 and post facto approval for the acceptance of same by Sh. Nitin Bhandari, to consider and approve to approach Banks under consortium banking for sanction of fresh Term Loan for purchase of machinery and its upgradation not exceeding a sum of Rs.7.00 crores, to consider & authorise Sh. Nitin Bhandari to accept the offer of the banks for sanction of the fresh term Loan under consortium banking, if any, received and approval of the terms & conditions, and to consider any other item with the permission of the chair.
