Gala Global Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19 March 2018 besides other subjects, considered, discussed and approved the following matters by resolution passed thereof by the board:
1. Increase Authorized Capital of the company from Rs. 26,50,00,000 consisting of 2,65,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 30,30,00,000 consisting of 3,03,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each, subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot route.
2. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ration 1:20 i.e. (One bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every Twenty existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot route.
