For the quarter ended June'15, net sales were up by 7% to Rs 168.50 crore. OPM was up by 370 bps to 19.1% resulting a 33% rise in OP to Rs 32.25 crore. Other income was up by 47% to Rs 2.64 crore. Depreciation was up by 19% to Rs 5.64 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 9.97 crore, up by 38%, PAT for June'15 quarter was up by 37% YoY to Rs 19.28 crore.
Performance for the 6 months ended June 2015
For the 6 months ended June'15, net sales was up by 7% to Rs 333.51 crore, OPM was up by 120 bps to 17.7%, thus OP was up by 14% to Rs 58.90 crore. Other income was up by 34% to Rs 5.09 crore. Depreciation was up by 16% to Rs 63.99 crore, after which PBT stood at Rs 52.89 crore, up by 16% YoY. After providing total tax of Rs 18.03 crore, up by 15%, PAT for the 6 months ended June'15 stood at Rs 34.86 crore, up by 16% YoY.
Performance for year ended Dec 2014
For year ended Dec'2014, the company reported net sales growth of 8% to Rs 652.23 crore. OPM was lower by about 290 bps to 15.3%, resulting in a 10% fall in OP to 99.95 crore. The other income was up by 59% to Rs 9.10 crore. The interest costs stood at Nil and depreciation was up by 9% to Rs 19.12 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 30.76 crore, down by about 9%, PAT was down by 9% and stood at Rs 59.17 crore for year ended Dec'14.
The promoter shareholding is around 55.57% and none of them are pledged.
