Performance for year ended Dec 2014

For year ended Dec'2014, the company reported net sales growth of 8% to Rs 652.23 crore. OPM was lower by about 290 bps to 15.3%, resulting in a 10% fall in OP to 99.95 crore. The other income was up by 59% to Rs 9.10 crore. The interest costs stood at Nil and depreciation was up by 9% to Rs 19.12 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 30.76 crore, down by about 9%, PAT was down by 9% and stood at Rs 59.17 crore for year ended Dec'14.

The promoter shareholding is around 55.57% and none of them are pledged.

Share price trades at Rs 703.

Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per share of Rs 10 each for the year ended Dec 2014.
