For the quarter ended Sep'14, net sales were up by 12% to Rs 167.70 crore. OPM was down by 330 bps to 14.8% resulting a 9% fall in OP to Rs 24.79 crore. Other income was up by 28% to Rs 2.18 crore. Depreciation was up by 10% to Rs 4.70 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 7.62 crore, down by 9%, PAT for Sep'14 quarter was down by 10% YoY to Rs 14.65 crore.
Performance for the nine months ended Sep'14
Net sales were up by 8% to Rs 312.71 crore. OPM was down by 360 bps to 15.9% resulting OP down by 12% to Rs 76.25 crore. Other income was up by 56% to Rs 5.98 crore. Depreciation was up by 15% to Rs 14.29 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 23.25 crore, down by 14% YoY, PAT for nine months ended Sep'14 stood at Rs 44.69 crore, down by 13% YoY.
Performance for year ended Dec 2013
For year ended Dec'2013, the company reported net sales growth of 7% to Rs 601.75 crore. OPM was up by about 120 bps to 18.4%, resulting in almost 14% growth in OP to 110.85 crore. The other income was up by 176% to Rs 5.72 crore. The interest costs stood at Rs 7 lakh and depreciation was up by 7% to Rs 17.56 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 33.77 crore, up by about 26%, PAT was up by 17% and stood at Rs 65.17 crore for year ending Dec'13.
The promoter shareholding is around 55.57% and none of them are pledged.
